It is very important to carefully read these Terms of Use when registering on FoxBot, as by registering, you will be accepting our rules, which will govern our relationship.

Access to the FoxBot platform and its services, benefits, and functionalities are offered at the sole discretion of FoxBot, which reserves the right to change the rules at any time, in whole or in part, by notifying users as described in the Terms of Use.

The Platform and Investment Bots

FoxBot is a technology company specialized in automated cryptocurrency investment, with the mission to empower investors with cutting-edge technology, thereby democratizing access to automated trading globally.

The Platform. FoxBot has developed and operates a virtual environment for automated cryptocurrency trading, directly integrating with major cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance, ByBit, ProBit Global, and Mexc Global. This operates according to parameters pre-defined by users through the manual configuration of their own investment strategies or by using strategies developed and marketed by FoxBot or third parties, chosen, acquired, configured, and enabled directly by the users (“Platform”). The Platform is user-friendly, secure, reliable, fully online and allows the execution of the best bots to operate on the world's major cryptocurrency exchanges.

The Investment Bots and Strategies are offered on the Platform in different modes of contracting and operational dynamics. To facilitate user understanding, we summarize below the main FoxBot Products offered to users.

Service/Services – refers to the license to use the Software accessible through the Website and/or Applications. This Software allows you to manage your cryptocurrency assets in Exchange Accounts, including but not limited to the following tools: cryptocurrency price analysis and trading, manual or automatic transmission of cryptocurrency trading orders, display of a cryptocurrency portfolio, and other services provided by us to you through the Website and/or Applications under the terms of this Agreement.

FoxBot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add, or remove parts of these Terms of Use at any time. You will be notified of such changes on the FoxBot website, and upon such notification, it is your responsibility to review the amended Terms of Use. Your continued use of the FoxBot Services after the posting of changes will signify that you accept and agree to the changes.

By Accepting These Terms, You Agree and Confirm That:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use;
• You assume all the obligations set forth herein;
• You are of legal age and have sufficient capacity to use the Site;
• You are not under the jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits the use of a similar Service;
• You use the Site at your own discretion and responsibility.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between You and FoxBot regarding your access to and use of the Site, which includes, without limitation, registering a Customer Account (“Customer Account”) on the Site.

You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Service or any features within the Service may change from time to time without prior notice.

Accounts

To use certain features on the Site, you must register an Account and complete a profile. An "Account Holder" can be any individual who enters into an agreement with FoxBot under these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use and other stipulations referred to relate to all rights and obligations arising from the use of this Site and the Services. Each individual wishing to register as an Account Holder is advised to read these Terms of Use carefully and understand them before final acceptance. These Terms of Use apply as long as the respective Account is accessible through the platform https://foxbot.trade.

By creating an account to use the FoxBot Services, Account Holders represent and warrant:

• They have accepted these Terms of Use; and
• They are at least eighteen (18) years old,

and have full capacity to accept these Terms of Use and enter into a relationship with FoxBot.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use in your jurisdiction of residence is permitted by law or regulation. If such use is not permitted by law, we prohibit all access and use of the Site.

As part of the registration process, you will be required to provide us with certain information, such as your email address and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and promptly update all information in your Account to ensure your Account is accurate, current, and complete. You can update or change your Account settings at any time. You are not permitted to provide any unauthorized person access to your Account.

Account Confidentiality

Any username, password, or other information chosen by you or provided to you as part of our security procedures must be treated as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You should exercise caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others cannot view or record your password or other personal information. You understand and agree that, if you are provided with an Account, your Account is personal to you and you agree not to provide any other person with access to the Account or parts of it using your username, password, or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other security breach. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your Account at the end of each session. You are responsible for any password misuse or unauthorized access.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, unauthorized use of your Account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password.

You have the right to terminate your Account at any time after all obligations associated with the Account are completed.

Account Holder Representations and Warranties

By registering for an Account, Account Holders expressly declare and warrant that:

• they have accepted these Terms of Use;
• they will comply with the rules and laws of their country of residence and/or the country from which they access this Site and Services, and they have verified that the use of the Services does not violate any law or regulation of any jurisdiction applicable to them;
• they are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service is subject to all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations;
• they are at least 18 years old and have the right to accept these Terms of Use and engage in transactions involving Cryptocurrencies, and they are mentally capable of taking responsibility for their own actions;
• they agree to provide FoxBot with accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the account creation process, and they will periodically update our records when the information submitted is outdated or no longer accurate;
• they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account information and for all activities that occur in their Account;
• they are using funds through FoxBot that belong to the Account Holder and are derived from legal sources;
• they are not using funds through FoxBot that have originated in any way from drug trafficking, kidnapping, terrorist activity, or any other criminal activity that is illegal or may be considered illegal by any relevant authority;
• they are not a politically exposed person and do not have a relationship (e.g., relative, associate, etc.) with a politically exposed person. If this statement is false or inaccurate, they should contact FoxBot to understand how to continue using the Services;
• they will not violate the rights of third parties or applicable laws while conducting their Transactions;
• they will use the Service only to conduct Transactions in accordance with the conditions set forth in these Terms and that they are duly authorized and capable of conducting Transactions on the Site;
• they will withdraw any Cryptocurrency from their Account only to their own Bep20 wallets. FoxBot will have no responsibility to verify ownership of any wallet or for any consequences of any Withdrawal made to an Account in error or fraudulently.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not use the FoxBot platform to create a false profile; access content and data that is not intended for you.
